APPLICATIONS

The Purchase or Rental Application fee is $250.00; additionally each person over the age of 18 on title or occupying the unit must have a background check completed which is $25.00 per background check.

***Note that units must be owned for a minimum of 1 year prior to leasing***


             ***SPECIAL NOTE TO ALL NEW POTENTIAL OWNERS***

A Covenant change was made in November 2020 to the Riverwalk Governing documents that requires all new homeowners to wait one year before a unit can be rented AND no more than 33% of Riverwalk may be leased at any given time.

Estoppel Request For Standard Service is $250.00 completed within 10 business days

INSURANCE:

It is highly recommended (but not required) that unit owners obtain an HO3 policy. The Association replaces the roof structure (minus fascia and plywood which is the unit owner's financial responsibility) on a scheduled basis, currently every 20 years. However, any damages/leaks/etc. are 100% the unit owner's responsibility.
