Resident Screening
We are now performing background and credit checks on all prospective residents. The fee for this is $25.00 per adult that will reside in the unit. Please contact the office at (561) 747-6209 if you have a prospective tenant or will be purchasing a Riverwalk unit for the proper paperwork.
Pool Parties
We wanted to remind everyone that a deposit of $50.00 if you wish to have a pool party (more than 7 people with you constitutes a party). Please schedule the party with the office so that there is no conflict with anyone else who has a party scheduled. This deposit will be refunded after your party if there were no cost involved with cleaning up. Please make sure that you and your guests clean up.
Walkway Gates
Walkway gates consistent with those originally on Riverwalk units will be installed where gates do not exist or have been replaced with other gates or items. The cost for these gates is $150.00 (which is the cost to have them made) plus the cost for hinges. Once your gate is installed, the next statement you receive will include this charge.
Fence Lights and Wall Sconces Everyone in this community must have the Riverwalk approved style of lighting on the front of your unit. If yours is in disrepair or missing you may purchase them at the office. We have supplies of them for your convenience. These lights are $65.00 each. Please call the office if you need to make arrangements to buy them.
Curfew
According to Florida state law, it is unlawful for minors to be in a public place after 11:00pm Sunday - Thursday and Midnight on Friday and Saturday night. With the safety of your children in mind, security will be enforcing this state curfew. Here is a link to the current statute.
Trash Pickup The office have gotten multiple reports of trash sitting for days at pick-up sites or in front of units. The trash pick up days are Tuesday and Fridays. Please do not put out trash prior to the evenings before these days. It is unsightly and sometimes causes pest problems. If you need a special pickup for large items, call Waste Management at the number on the left pane of the website.
